Can I do local pick up?
Yes, you can pick up from our warehouse at Wetherill Park NSW. Bring your receipt for collection at our warehouse.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (business days) after your payment has been received.
Can I track the delivery of my order?
Yes, you will be issued with an email containing your consignment number and tracking details on the same day your item is dispatched.
Does someone need to be home to sign for the delivery?
No, upon your request we can make an arrangement for your package to be left at your front door
Where is my order dispatched from?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouses in Mount Druitt NSW or Wetherill Park, NSW
Change your mind? Returns are gladly accepted within 14 days of purchase - No Restocking Fee.
Returns - We will refund your money minus shipping cost. There is no restocking fee and no other fees. A lot of other stores charge a restocking fee for returns, Retro Designs standard does not so you can shop with confidence. No Restocking fee!
The return product must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No refund will be given for damaged returns.
Exchanges - FREE EXCHANGE, We will gladly exchange your item within 14 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. No Restocking fee!
